This app sucks, as stated in previous reviews the visibility you need a magnifying glass to see some of the test, it does not save your previous training as completed. After passing the training portions it still says in progress meaning the skills portion was not completed. Based on the same reviews as stated from 7 months ago I am not wasting my time calling an inefficient "help" number. Also from previous reviews you cannot take some of these training portions on a mobile phone.

The best way to get help is to call (1-800-976-1303) or email us - we have real people available to help during the workweek, and hold times are less than 1 minute on average. We'd love to know more about which training you were having trouble with, so we can fix it.

app won't do anything. trying to create an account, log in, or trouble logging in and it won't go any further than checking number with account.

Makes me login in twice every time I open the app and the verification code via SMS sometimes takes 3 or more different attempts until it works properly
