it's a nice app, but still loads of improvements, like those to begin with: - if we accidentally tag a photo, there's no way to untag, like it's possible to unlike. - to update the info in the child profile we need to leave and come back to the page - the "back button" don't exit the app, like the other

Thanks Ricardo for the thoughtful feedback! Good news, you can untag! Just tap the same Tag icon again while viewing the photo and it’ll remove it. As for the back button, that sounds a bit off. This is a great app. Unfortunately, at the moment, I can't sign into it. I was logged out a few days ago, and now I can't log back in. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it keeps saying I'm having 'connectivity issues'. Other devices in my setting are working perfectly well. Could you help me out please?

Just like other reviews, there are definite bugs in the UI/UX. A photo accidentally tagged cannot be untagged (despite Famly's documentation suggesting that tapping the tag icon again untags the photo — that doesn't work, at least not on Android 13). So if you fat-thumb the tag button, there's no way to undo it.
