It's good for giving you doctor info. But if you need to call the doctor it will throw errors and then completely back out... so idk how they expect you to actually schedule an appointment. 4/9/24 update- the app is updated and while slightly less hard to navigate... is still hard to navigate. It makes trying to find help more difficult than it needs to be. I'm inclined to believe that's on purpose; the more difficult it is to schedule an appointment, the then the less money they have to spend.

Completely worthless app. Can't even login. Always says, "Something went wrong." I was able to login when I first installed the app but hasn't worked since then. I don't understand how companies can design an app with nothing but negative reviews and not bother to fix it. I think Regence just wanted to be able to say, "we have an app." It doesn't work in any way, shape, or form but, " we have an app." UNINSTALLED!

Our app is designed to help our members understand and use their health insurance benefits and to help them connect to the right care at the right time. We're not currently able to make appointments for you with doctors, but our app can help you find in-network doctors near you who are accepting new patients.

Worthless. I can't even log in. The app says it's locked and I have to contact their support, yet when I did they said my account was active and maybe I should reinstall the app to get it to work. Surprise: still locked. They even said that nobody else has complained about this issue, yet the reviews are full of exactly what I'm experiencing!
