After careful thinking we have made this app in a way that it appears first on the list (alphabetically), looks great, is super fast and most importantly with a press of a button reminds you stop using your phone.

All you have to do is - place the icon where you click most often. Perhaps in multiple places. And whenever you feel like opening an app, just goto this app instead.

And as you keep doing it, it will remind time and again that real life is bigger than your screen. And within a week you might be able to reduce your screen time substantially.
